Bringing Flicker of Light to the World: The Inspiration Behind Or'el Designs

So what's the inspiration behind Or'el Designs? As a believer in Yeshua (Jesus), a wife and mummy of two precious boys I'm so passionate about design and using creativity to glorify God and encourage one another in our faith. But why the name Or'el Designs? Allow us to shed some light on the inspiration behind our company's name and mission.

Or'el is a Hebrew name which translates to "Light of God," with "Or" meaning light and "El" meaning Elohim, our mighty God. This beautiful name encapsulates our desire to be vessels of God's light in a world that often feels dim and uncertain. Just as Matthew 5:15-16 reminds us, we are called to let our light shine before others, so they may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven.

I'm fuelled by the desire and hope to spread God's light through my products. Each design, whether it's a greeting card or a poster, is infused with love, faith, and purpose. My hope is that these creations serve as beacons of hope, encouragement, and inspiration to all who encounter them.
