Why the Psalms?
The Book of Psalms is overflowing with beauty and power —a mix of prayers, praises, and promises that meet us in every life season. Each month of the calendar features a carefully chosen Psalm verse to offer encouragement, strength, and spiritual reflection as you journey through the year.
A Journey Through Scripture and Art
Each month is paired with a hand-painted watercolour illustration, created to visually express the heart of the featured Psalm. It’s been an incredible journey creating this collection. Having to narrow down 150 Psalms to only 14 for this calendar was so hard but
I hope and pray the verses chosen will bless and remind you of whom we stand before!
Of God's faithfulness, His power and mightiness. His love, beauty, compassion and righteousness! I was so reminded of this when painting these pieces, and got pretty emotional as I tried to express his word through a visual nature!
