Promises of God — Covenant of Noah

Inspired by Genesis 9:13–16

“I have set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.”

Covenant of Noah is a reminder of God's promise that He would never again destroy the earth with a flood.

The painting shows Noah and the animals standing upon the mountain after the waters have receded, looking up at the vastness of the rainbow stretching across the sky. After the devastation of the flood, the rainbow becomes a powerful sign of hope, mercy, and God's faithfulness.

The rainbow represents God's covenant with Noah and with every living creature—a visible reminder that God remembers His promises and keeps His word.

This painting invites us to look beyond the storm and remember the God who brings us safely through it. His promises remain, even after the waters have gone.

The rainbow is His sign. The covenant is His promise. And God is always faithful to His Word.
